Where Have All Our Heroes Gone?

What is a Hero?

"Happy 4th of July"

Have you ever watched a wrestling match where you could hear a pin drop?

In the ring, two wrestlers are punching, kicking, slamming and wham/bamming
each other. The more silent the crowd gets, in panic, the more the wrestlers
try bigger slams and harder and more punches and kicks to no avail.

Why?

For one reason or another, the fans have got nobody to cheer for. There is no
Hero, no underdog, no one to believe in.

In a time that the most popular American product is "Anything with an
American Flag on it," everybody wants to be a "Bad Guy."

There has been a real change in this country since 911.

Our potentially biggest heroes insult the fans, humiliate women, double-cross
their partner and then expect the fans to support them because they do a
"Babyface Turn."

What are the characteristics of a Hero?

Sincerely
Consistency
Persistence
Patriotism
Bravery
Success
Virtue
Intuition
Charity
Humility
Leadership
They are good examples for the impressionable youth of America.
They must also be charismatic.
